I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a fine view of the Eidfjord, but the high price was a downside. The service was among the friendliest I have ever encountered, although some improvements are needed for accessibility with buggys. The location, at the beginning of Eidfjord, is ideal for exploring the beautiful Fjords in Norway, but be aware of potential cruise ship views obstructing the scenery. While the dining was decent with a beautiful fjord view, the lack of fresh orange juice was a disappointment.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located just minutes from the waterfront, despite needing some renovation work in the rooms. My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and very clean, offering a cozy and aesthetically pleasing stay with a wonderful view over the fjord. The service was very friendly and all staff members were helpful and informative. The location was stunning, close to beautiful Eidfjord and many nice hikes. However, the dining experience was not exceptional, with breakfast being nothing special. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere.
